I am known for developing and leading collaborative teams and people. I have done this with many large-scale and entrepreneurial organizations and agencies including; Giant Tiger, Loblaws, Metro Inc., WFIM (Women in Food Industry Management), Right Mindfulness, Wal-Mart, Mosaic Sales Solutions, and many more.

Each of these companies have been on a path to define their purpose, story, engage their people, build culture, customer experience, and organizational structure in this ever transforming world we live in. I help redesign the present in order to clearly define a successful and meaningful future for the clients I work for.

With my experience as a leader, coach, employee and facilitator, I have grown, evolved, and experienced first-hand the opportunities and challenges of growing organizations. WIFM Task Force
Jen joined our leadership team with a few key objectives. The first was to evaluate the operations of our internal creative studio with a view to deliver a more consistent speed to market while maintaining historic quality standards.  The second was to lead and support the team to deliver new artwork for 10,000+ SKUs within the year to meet new regulatory requirements while implementing recommended changes to the process. This required balancing significant process change, accelerating speed and managing a record workload, with no increase in available resource.
