If you want a private class this is the place for you!
Private classes can be a group, semi-privates or 1:1. All private classes are customized to what you and/or your group need. Classes are minimum of 60 minutes. I offer all of my classes at a variety of levels; introduction, intermediate or advanced.
Here is my approach
LEARN. We will meet for a consultation to discuss what you are looking for. This can be online or in person.
BUILD. I will build a class schedule and plan for you to meet the needs you have shared with me. We will review it together and make sure you feel comfortable with how the plan is proposed.
TRANSFORM. We get to work and transform!

It has been my pleasure to have attended yoga classes with Jennifer.
